Thanks for ordering from Arth Finance Academy, accessible from https://sumitpagey.com.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have 7 days to return a physical item from the date you received it. No refund is available after 7 days from commencement of the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event a refund is payable, Arth Finance Academy will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, within thirty business days of the day the refund was / is approved.

Please note returns DO NOT apply to digital downloads or online download material. In the event of an error during receiving of download links, buyers can opt to have digital download links resent by contacting Arth Finance Academy via email to support@arthfin.in.

The commencement of the process is upon receipt of your deposit and / or first instalment. Should you wish to cancel your subscription and / or your installment plan after the initial 7 days from commencement of the process, all outstanding fees will be payable in order to avoid any legal action.

Where a refund has been granted, this will result in cancellation of your membership and login to any course.

All materials must be deleted or discarded as outlined in our Terms Of Service.

Whilst we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates, and trainers/moderators. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behavior.

All legal or debt collection fees and costs incurred by Arth Finance Academy to recoup monies owed by you, will be payable by you

Refunds on physical product or digital download productsOnce we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via UPI / Netbanking or original method of payment within thirty business days of refund approval.

Please allow the relevant number of days for your credit / refund to be reissued back into your account, as this will be dependent on your card issuer, or your respective bank or the online payment merchant policies.

Refunds on Online or Digital Courses (Live or pre-recorded)You can request a refund up to 7 days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed. However, all refund requests will be subject to conditions listed in this policy, they will also be subject to approval by Arth Finance Academy and simply “changing your mind” is outside of our refund policy (no refund will be granted simply due to change of mind).

No refund is available after 7 days from commencement of the process.

Refunds on Online Events, Workshops, Webinars or Pre-recorded Online EventsThere are no refunds on any online events, workshops, webinars, or pre-recorded online events under any circumstances. At our discretion, we may allow you to attend the next equivalent online event, workshop, or webinar, in the event you are unable to attend on the date you have signed up for and paid for.

ShippingYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Not for ResaleAll Digital Download Products or Online Products / Programs / Courses must not be resold, or otherwise transferred to anyone in any shape, way or form.

File TransferYou must not allow copying of any Digital Download Products including, but not limited to, copying through file sharing networks or sharing your login details to anyone other than yourself.

Marks of OwnershipYou must not remove or alter any mark of ownership, copyright, trademark watermarks or other property right, which is embodied on any Digital Download Products or Online Products / Programs / Courses and/or any resources provided with products / programs / courses.

CopyrightAll title, Copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the Digital Download Products or Online Products / Programs / Courses are owned by Arth Finance Academy. Storage or sharing of this intellectual property by any means electronic or otherwise, that is contrary to this agreement, may result in prosecution. All fees or costs incurred by Arth Finance Academy to prosecute due to failure of complying with our terms, will be payable by you.

Digital Content Cancellation Rightsa. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your full payment / initial payment / or holding deposit paid to Arth Finance Academy (or affiliated mentors or facilitators of Arth Finance Academy).

b. Arth Finance Academy reserves the right to not refund a digital content order once delivery of the product has begun. The download service or login details commences immediately after completion of the purchase transaction (full payment, initial payment within a payment plan arrangement, or a holding deposit) and you will not have the right to withdraw or cancel your order after this point.

If you cancel any payment plans in place for the purchase or membership of digital content / courses / products outside of the 7 days Return Policy Terms, full payment of any outstanding fees will apply and action will be taken by Arth Finance Academy (or affiliated companies, mentors, and facilitators of Arth Finance Academy) to recoup all outstanding payments owed. All legal action will be at your expense.

We cannot guarantee any specific earnings or income from our product or service. Any results discussed or illustrated are not typical and should not be considered a guarantee of future income or success. The success or failure of each individual may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, dedication and effort. We provide knowledge and guidance based on our experience and expertise. Your success ultimately depends on your own personal effort and dedication.
